The spraying of the binder, normally cold bituminous emulsion, is an operational phase of asphalting which is little considered but of extreme importance to obtain an excellent result in the immediate, and to ensure a safe seal over time., For this reason we design and manufacture MANUAL SPRAYERS and HEATED SPRAYERS for simple emulsion spraying, where reliability is an important target, in addition to the intuitive and simple use of the machine, rationalizing the electronic systems at minimum, to obtain high performance reliability. SPECIAL HEATED SPRAYERS for spraying modified emulsion or bitumen can be supplied on request.

MANUAL SPRAYERS are machines for manually spraying the emulsion normally contained in 180-liter drums, in truck mount or trolley models with a drum on board. The HEATED SPRAYERS are machines to be applied to skid steers loaders or carried on the trucks, of various types and sizes, they are characterized by having the emulsion tank heated with gas or diesel heating systems, manual or automatic, and a rear multi-nozzle bar for spraying the emulsion even on large widths.

The potential of our range of MANUAL SPRAYERS AND HEATED SPRAYERS is determined by the different proposals offered by type of motor pump equipment: petrol, diesel or electric, mechanical, or hydraulic, for the type of heating chosen, gas or diesel, manual or automatic controlled, and above all, for the size and capacity of the machine. We can respond to all these variants with the many standard versions of our range, or with individual machines set up under your specifications, to obtain a machine suitable for your individual technical and operational requirements

Since the 1960s, our company has been designing and manufacturing machines and equipment dedicated to EMULSION SPRAYING, for correct, simple and above all economical road maintenance. Our emulsion sprayers are the ideal solution for every construction site need, from models for emulsion in drums, to mechanical spraying tankers up to fully automatic hydraulic machines.
